VSE IT služby, s.r.o. is a young company providing IT-oriented services.
It is located in Košice and as an independent company it was founded in December
2003. Before it became independent the company operated as a Business Unit
of Východoslovenská energetika a.s. (VSE).

As a subsidiary of VSE, which is a 49 % subsidiary of
RWE Energy – a member
company of RWE concern, VSE IT služby is a part of the largest multi–utility
