Concern structure

VSE IT služby, s.r.o. is a 100 % subsidiary of Východoslovenska energetika a.s. (VSE) in Košice. VSE distributes power in the regions Košice and Prešov and in a part of Banska Bystrica region. The supply area covers almost 16 000 km² and has about 600.000 customers. The company sold almost 4,5 TWh power in 2003.

The state property fund of Slovak Republic owns 51 % of VSE shares. Since 2003 49 % of the company shares belong to a German energy company RWE Energy.
